
David Ferguson - EXECUTIVE CHEF
Chef David was born in New Westminster and has been working in local kitchens for over 25 years.
Whether a five-course dinner for 600 people or an intimate experience he strives to utilize local sustainable product showing off the best of the West Coast.

Chef David has been the Executive Chef for the Hilton Vancouver Metrotown for over 6 years. He dishes up innovative, unpretentious fare with a local focus. With an expansive at-home garden and as an avid fly fisherman, Chef has a commitment to sustainable sourcing and a deep respect for ingredients.
Having worked with many talented chefs he leads those coming up with his belief of "the freshest ingredients, simply prepared with perfect execution"

Aaron Lee - SOUS CHEF
Chef Aaron was born and raised in Vancouver and graduated from Vancouver Community College with a culinary diploma in 2013.
He has been working in hotel restaurants for over 9 years, bringing experience from the Century Plaza Hotel, The Ritz-Carlton in Doha, Rosewood Hotel Georgia, and Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront.

Chef Aaron's culinary career started as a line cook. As he gained experience in the industry, he moved into different roles such as Demi-Chef de Partie, Chef de Partie, 1st Cook and now as Sous Chef at Hilton Vancouver Metrotown.

Outside of the kitchen, he loves to go climbing at the Hive gym and ice skating.
